I bought a Hag at Folk Life and some months later misplaced it. It was my favourite hat so I was upset to learn it had been discontinued. I messaged Lucia @ NWV and they made me one from scratch and sent it out. It arrived within a few days and I couldn’t be happier. Great service, great quality, fits perfectly!
