I want to take a minute to say thank you. I’ve been in the customer service industry FOREVER!! Yet I am terrible about ever giving negative feedback or asking for anything.
Not only did I get a timely response from you based on my initial concern... I quickly received my replacement hat (without having to ship the defective one back) and there was a second one thrown in. I am not sure if this was on purpose or a fortunate accident in my favor. Either way, great policy!! I would not hesitate to recommend you to any and everyone I talk to. Not to mention I will buy more in the future.
